    Stagewise Coaching is a process that offers the client the opportunity to embody their full potential. Your coach will provide you with a confidential space in which to explore practical ways to help you reach for and achieve what success looks like for you. Coaching is a non-judgemental process that illuminates, motivates and secures a greater sense of purpose, clarity and success for clients. Stagewise Coaching recognises that we are living in times of uncertainty and understands the impact that this has on the mind and body. Your coach has the expertise and lived experience to draw upon your innate physical intelligence to lower your stress levels and help you to step into your most confident shoes.

    1:1 online coaching gives the client an opportunity to focus on what really matters to them. There is no expectation of the client other than they bring the agenda and the areas they wish to zoom in on. The coach will establish the client’s goal and offer a bespoke approach that depends upon the client’s area of need.  You are encouraged to speak openly and may be offered a number of techniques that should help you to unlock potential and connect the body and mind. Coaching is usually action-orientated and future-focussed, although we may look at past behaviours and patterns which might be influencing your current situation and future aspirations.

    1:1 online sessions are typically an hour in length in order to fit into your daily schedule. These sessions may take place weekly or fortnightly and be held before your working day starts, during, or at the end of your working day. Where possible, the coach works around your schedule.

    It is not uncommon to feel performance anxiety when speaking up or presenting in front of teams, interview panels or other audiences. Confidence is diminished when the stress hormone dominates. Investing in a sequence of coaching sessions that focus on both feeling, appearing and becoming more confident will help you feel and be fully seen and heard in the professional context. 

    Your coach has a great deal of expertise working with individuals who are looking for reassurance and practical ways to help clients with showing up in their most confident skin. You can trust that the process will take you sensitively through a series of techniques, different ways of thinking, feeling and moving in order to connect with your most confident self. 

    Throughout the coaching process the client develops a deeper self-awareness of their strengths, their core values and how to utilise their mind and body to feel and come across as more authentic. This renewed sense of agency, of feeling grounded and self assured will always have a positive impact on how clients relate to others in the workplace.  They will often develop a greater presence, finding it easier to connect with their colleagues and teams.

    A single coaching session may inch the client towards their goal. A bespoke sequence of sessions is designed with the client’s needs front and centre. The coaching process involves careful contracting at the start of each session so that the client and coach are intentional and transparent about the direction in which the coaching is moving. The coach offers feedback and asks for feedback at various stages of the process, so there is never a point where a goal is not reached.
