Leaders and managers within your company who are looking for greater confidence, self advocacy, resilience and stress reduction.
Participants are likely to be experiencing some or all of the following challenges:
- Working within a highly stressful / pressurised environment
- Little time to reflect in a fast paced, results driven workplace.
- Challenged to meet numerous project deadlines and navigate difficult professional conversations.
- Highly experienced / accomplished professional who feels they ought to be coping better with current work demands.
- Work demands perhaps impact negatively on family/personal life.
- 6 x 1 hour sessions (online only) OR 3 x 2 hour sessions
- Weekly or fortnightly
- 6 hours in total
Participants will be guided through a number of practical techniques and exercises that they can employ on a daily basis to help them combat stress and meet professional challenges with confidence and conviction.
They will be introduced to the power of Physical Intelligence to help them gain a deeper understanding of their own thoughts, feelings, behaviour and how this impacts on their interactions with others.
