CEOs, Leaders and Managers who are looking for an opportunity to try something new. This is group coaching for professionals who know how to appear confident and in control, but want to feel more confident and in control.

Participants are likely to be experiencing some or all of the following challenges:

  • Working within a highly stressful / pressurised environment.
  • Little time to reflect in a fast paced, results driven workplace.
  • Challenged to meet numerous deadlines and navigate difficult professional conversations.
  • Highly experienced / accomplished professional who is outwardly coping well, but is concerned that their imposter syndrome may be starting to erode self-belief.
  • Highly experienced / accomplished professional who feels they ought to be coping better with current work demands.
  • Work demands perhaps impact negatively on family/personal life.
  • Professionals with elevated roles can feel lonely and isolated at the top.
  • 6 x 1 hour sessions
  • Weekly or fortnightly
  • 6 hours in total

Participants will be guided through a number of practical techniques and exercises that they can employ on a daily basis to help them combat stress and meet professional challenges with confidence and conviction. 

They will be introduced to the power of Physical Intelligence to help them gain a deeper understanding of their own thoughts, feelings, behaviour and how this impacts on their interactions with others.

There will be opportunities for participants to network and share experiences with other participants who may be facing similar leadership challenges.
