Coaching for teams who might benefit from developing a healthy group dynamic and positive collaboration. Our coaching enhances team relationships, builds upon the strengths and diminishes stress within the team.
The team is likely to be experiencing some or all of the following challenges:
- Working within a stressful / pressurised environment.
- May have experienced transitions around staffing, leadership or contracts; some lack of continuity or coherence.
- Little time to reflect in a fast paced, results driven workplace.
- The team may be experiencing communication difficulties.
- They may be challenged to meet project deadlines.
- Online 6 x 1 hour sessions OR 3 x 2 hour sessions
- Weekly or fortnightly
- In person 2 x half day (3 hours) OR 1 x whole day (6 hours)
Participants will be guided through a number of practical techniques and exercises as individuals and as a collaborative. They will be introduced to the power of Physical Intelligence to help them gain a deeper understanding of their own thoughts, feelings, behaviour and how this impacts on their interactions with others.
